What is Shelter in Place?
Created by writer J.R. Blackwell, Shelter In Place is designed to capture the frenetic and cinematic character of zombie movies.
Shelter in Place is a game for ten to twenty-one players, with options to add more. Players take on the roles of humans or zombies caught in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. It blends all the fun of a good old-fashioned game of tag, with the camp and action of a zombie horror film. Fans of live-action roleplaying games will love the built-in tension system, but this game could work as a teambuilding exercise for a particularly hip workplace, a children’s summer camp game or even a lighthearted wedding reception diversion.
Have a party. Get refreshments. Turn up the music. Eat some brains.
